LAGOS—Renowned poet, John Pepper Clark-Bekederemo, Vanguard newspapers publisher, Mr. Sam Amuka, Ambassadors Patrick Dele Cole and Tayo Ogunsulire,
are billed to attend the public presentation of the book, “Our Fathers’ Land, Including Reminiscences of the Nigerian Civil War,” on Friday, November 20, at the Nigerian Institute of International Affairs, NIIA, Victoria Island, Lagos.
The book which is published by Bookcraft Ltd., is authored by Titus Okereke, a biological scientist and retired university teacher.
The event will be chaired by Engr. Guy Otobo, and the chief launcher will be Olorogun Moses Taiga.
According to Okereke, the event will provide a platform to deliberate on some current issues of national importance affecting the country, as well as proffering solutions on the way forward.
