Nollywood comic actor, director and singer, Eddie Murphy is expecting his ninth baby, first from his 36-year old girlfriend and model, Paige Butcher.

The 54-year old and his girlfriend are reported to be expecting their first baby together in May, 2016. A close friend of Eddie disclosed to Daily Mail Online,
that his friend of many years is excited about his baby.

The source said: “He couldn’t be much happier. Eddie really is a family man and loves all of his children, so he’s excited about having another one on the way.”
The source further disclosed that despite having eight children from four women, the actor and his children still come together as a happy family.
“Even though he has eight children by four different women, they all come together on holidays and for sporting events and hang out at his mansion as one big blended family. All of the children love each other dearly and the women, having all moved on with their own relationships, co-exist very well together.”

The Dreamgirls movie star fathered five children Bria, Myles, Shayne, Zola and Bella with his ex-wife Nicole Murphy, whom he divorced in 2006 after 22 years of marriage.
Eddie also had three children outside of his marriage: a son Eric by Paulette McNeely, a son Christian by Tamara Hood and a daughter Angel Iris by former Spice Girl singer Melanie Brown.
