The Federal Government on Friday said that the President Muhammadu Buhari-led administration is not against any group or individual who plans peaceful protests.
This was disclosed by the Senior Special Assistant to the Acting President, Laolu Akande during a media interview on Channels Television’s programme, Sunrise Daily.
According to him, government is not in the business of countering protests, “particularly, the President Buhari administration. We are very much aware of the right of the people and we want to protect the right of the people.
